It depends what you are planning on practicing, how often, and how extravagant you intend to plan rituals or ceremonies.

It depends if you want to go fully Reconstructionist, or stay more Norse-influenced general practice.

Interestingly, I've been reading this idea that Ragnarok already happened, so the sort of Heathenry that would be practiced if that idea were accepted (with Ragnarok as a metaphor for Christian ideological conquest) would find a way to mix them, or a new way to practice?

It depends what specific type of Norse paganism you are interested in, and as Aeons said: are you looking for a more eclectic path, are you looking to be more traditional? Are you planning on working with any specific deities? Those kinds of questions can help us to answer you better on how to practice and even how to be more discrete about your practice.

I'm intrested in Odin being the king of the gods.the god of magic and my faviort ,Thor because he's the god of strength, and Loki because he's the god of change and chaos. I'm not really into the tradtional way because its flashy needing alters and stuff that I can't get to.
