What are you looking to accomplish?

Im looking to use magick as a healing and protecting and defense source and also I just in general love magick basically I want to study white magic

What are you trying to defend against? Is there something or someone in particular you want to heal?

I would like to defend my self from evil spirits or demons or enemies and heal anyone who needs it

Are you under attack or just speaking generally? I'm just trying to figure out specifics so I can be specific.

I suggest you start with meditation. Learn to gather and redirect energy. Work on shielding as well as. Learn to cleanse and banish as well as how to cast other forms of protection such as circle casting .
