Short answer you can't. :)
Morally it's wrong,it would take away his freedom. But there are hundreds of ways to tip the scale in your favor

You cant make anyone do anything specifically. You can heavily influence their feelings, but usually if there is some sort of interest in you from the beginning. But if their will is strong enough or you screw up things with you actions with that person, your spell can be broken.

So it's best to leave it be.

Plus even if it was possible, it would require alot of energy and power to do so.
