Candle after spell

So what do you do with a candle after you use it in a spell? Obviously, you don't use it for another spell but do you keep it, burn it, throw it away, give it to nature, what?

Depends on the type of spell you have casted.

You can use it again if you wish to. Just cleanse it of the previous intention. You can cleanse it by dressing it with purifying oils or grounding it and leaving it to absorb energy from a natural source. Some spells dictate that you allow it to burn all the way down, in these cases I would simply throw it, because it isn't good for nature if you go throw wax out all willy nilly.

I should add that if you scratched any images, sigils, words, etc. Don't attempt to use it again. Cleanse it and throw it out.

Most wax is biodegradable...to be sure, buy those that are made of paraffin, beeswax or soy. I personally do not reuse a candle that was utilized in a spell.
