Need a little push....

If there is anyone out there that can help I would appreciate it. today my husband Kevin has a telephone court date with a judge for unemployment. He has been denied unemployment 2x because the employer lied about how he fired my husband. the employer had a little tantrum cause he tried to pry into our personal life and my husband told him it was none of his business. He told unemployment that he fired my husband for excessive use of a gas card. Please if anyone has time can help with a little push of favor our way. It has been a struggle with two kids and no income. I, at the time this happened, was looking for a job. I believe in karma and have no doubt it will come after him but maybe a little push?!....Thanks to all

Actually yes. They had GPS on all of the work trucks which were allowed to be for business and personal. I think the hearing went well. What the employer initially told the Unemployment office didn't coincide with what he told the judge today. We will not know for a couple days how it went for sure though. The judge seemed to really come down on the former employer. I am just truly disgusted about all of this. My husband is a 2x combat veteran with a phenomenal work record. I just want to truth out and known.

I had heard that they will back pay it. I am just hoping the judge is biased towards employers. Like I said it seemed to have went well
