If you smoke certain brand of cigaret, then one cigaret and take out all tobacco from it and get a small dry shrimp, grind this shrimp into powder and mix it with a tobacco you took from the cigaret. When mixture is ready, put it into empty cigaret roll. Then lit it and try to smoke, usually after two Inhalls of this smoke is enough to feel disgusting toward any cigarets. You might feel dizzy and feel vomiting but stay strong and try to remember that is is a best for you to give up smoking. Million people are dieing from cancer affected by cigarets. May it will be helpful and wish you luck in giving it up. Blessings

Yeah i ever seen the similar technique in a tv. Hey shooted in tibet i guess. They give the people who are addicted to smoking etc some sort of herb. After they have like ate next they omit into a bucket this way they make the addiction get rid of it from an individual. Good suggestion by the way.

That doesn't sound safe. You could become dehydrated from vomiting. There are safer ways to quit.

I agree with it not sounding safe. Surely there are other ways to quit. I heard that if you imagine that with every cigarette you smoke, you grow tired and disgusted with it, you can quit yourself. If not, think of all the people who love you and don't want to live without you.

Some people cannot handle the withdrawl from quiting cigarrettes cold turkey. My husband tried and literally became ill. He called a hotline that told him it was actually unsafe for him to quit like that. So he started up smoking again and tried a few weeks later with the gum. When he had strong urges for the cessation, he rolled mullein and smoked that. It helped to clear his lungs of the tar. He's been smoke free for a year now.

I personally quit by slowly cutting back. I wasn't a heavy smoker, I smoked about 7 a day. First I stopped my habits. I stopped smoking in the morning, after meals, and just before bed. Once I broke my desire to smoke during these times, I cut it to 4 cigarrettes, then a few days later 3, then 2, then 1 and stuck with one a day whenever I really felt I needed it until one day I just went through a day without missing it. It's best to keep yourself busy. Boredom always caused me to smoke. When I was busy, I could go 6-8 hours without even thinking about one.

You also have to figure out what you're addicted to. For me, it was something in my mouth. So I bought a package of twizzlers, prezel sticks, popsickles, and dumdums. My grandmother used to use a dull toothpick that she'd hold in her mouth like a cigarrette whenever she wanted one. But she was a country woman and could get away with that look. I prefer the inconspicious candy.

For some, its the taste. And merely changing brands and not giving in to buying your brand will make you lose the desire.

If its cessation, I suggest using something like HoneyRose to quit. That will remove you from the nicotine so you're not battling a physical addiction and then you can work on your mental addiction toward the cessation itself.
