Visualization: This is the process of forming mental pictures or images. In magic, it is used to form images of desired goals during spells, rituals, Sabbat celebrations, and so on.

Meditation: This is the process of relaxing the mind and body, as well as achieving a higher state of spiritual awareness.

Meditating is when you focus on a subject and keep that focus whilst you
Let your body relax and almost slip away. Usually rather relaxing.

Visualisation is when you create an image or 'movie' so to say, in your head. People usually use visualisation bafore furing and after their spells to make it certain what they want to happen.

Hope that helps :)

Meditation is usually can be broken down into four ideal parts not all meditations contain all four part main contain one or two of these basic ideals

  1. Focus- Being able to focus will help you into a meditate state and keeping yourself on one ideal at a time.
  2. Visualization- being able to creat something using your mind to experience something.
  3. Thinking- Being able to think of what you can do to make a difference in a postive note.
  4. Experience- Some meditations may call for you to eperience some while you meditate.
