Hey ms.karma a lot of people come on SoM suspecting there is a curse or a bad spell on them, most of the time, it is in your head. But if not, curses usually just involve negative thoughts/feelings, which could have a more logical explanation like lack of sleep, or a higher amount of stress than usual.

If you genuinly think you are cursed, do a protection spell, meditatie, get a good nights rest and eat some healthy food, it should help a lot.

Good luck!

^^ exactly

curses a lot of the time is mind over matter. usually, just not thinking about a curse will break/prevent it. but you should always have some form or protection, be it a charm or a veil of light either way.

I need more information from you. Curses are 'real' and can be reversed BUT the right things need to be done to undo it. Simple protection spells are useless as the 'curse' is active therefore your putting the horse before the carriage. You would have had to 'use' the protection spell FIRST !
