My meditation

Ok i actually have a question for clarification purposes i have been having very strong meditations lately and i would like some help understanding what i am seeing


ok when i go into meditation a visual of myself comes to mind but i am in astral space which i would describe closely to what some refer to as the Cosmos and i am sitting with my legs crossed and my hands on my knees and there is a light that is emanating from my Third eye chakra and crown chakra.

Next what happens is there is this golden/amber colored sphere that is forming around me like a sphere and once it actually forms it solidifies and expands so it takes the form of a bubble around me after the bubble is formed my "reflection" opens his eyes and says "wake up"


The vision has gotten so vivid lately that if i close my eyes i see it all perfectly like i was looking at a picture or a movie of it happening

There is more.

I have had another similar vision of this happening yet instead of there being an amber/golden sphere it is now pure white energy and the same process happens my reflection says "wake up" only this time the meditation is so intense that it leaves my heart racing when i am done it is not scary i believe it is just something that i am shown

any thoughts on this?

could be several things

• spirit guide
• higherself
• sheilding yourself
• protection in sleep
• or just craziness

i believe higher self or spirit guide better though

I have had a similar vision, except it was while I dreampt. I was atop what I assume was a castle of sorts, building something or performing a rite(the details escape me) when suddenly an inner voice prompts me to wake up.. I felt like I had slept half the time I did. Could these be visions of past life? Or different explanations of the same type of thing?

I would get your body used to this state so you can go further. I feel some deep teaching is going to take place. :)

I think you are being prompted to have your spiritual awakening. In other words, to become "Awake".

Like I said in the chat, I feel it is speaking of you finding peace. However I would also like you to look at your life and those involved. The bubble seems to be protective. Either it is telling you to protect more or that you worry too often about the need for protection. I hope this helps you find what you need :)
