who will teach me ki &psi

Hi my name is Brandon and I need someone to teach me how to master ki and psi would anyone please help me I would realy appreciate it. Also may someone write back to me please .

Hey Brandon,

There are some great threads in the forums pertaning to psi balls and ki, just use the search function on the forums, with the keywords you are looking for and pick of any of the thread results that pop up. there are some fantastic methods about how to control it too, it's pretty basic, you dont' need anything bar yourself and your own ability.
