Who I am

I am new to this, so I am not sure this is where I should be posting this or if it is even relevant. I experience very vivid sometimes prophetic dreams. I experience all senses and feel connections and recognition to people and places.
What I have been noticing a lot is that in my dreams I always have the same physical appearance (hair, eyes, height and weight, not clothing). In my waking hours I feel trapped in my current body, like my soul is wearing a borrowed suit.
This could be nothing, just a normal thing that happens to people. However I get the feeling that this is significant somehow.
Any thoughts?

the prophetic dreams to me suggest clairvoyance. as for recognition to people and places, it could be that these areas were significant to you in a past life.
