is there a shield that can convert incoming negative energies into positive energies resulting into a stronger shield and i need it for AP purpose

You can program your own energy shields to transmute negative energy into positive any basic shield can perform it. You can also program it to ground the shield (for stability) and program it to ground energy also.

Yeah, it's called an aura, and you've already got one. Keep yourself healthy, avoid fixation on people, especially those who would seek to do your harm, and you should be fine. Lack of fixation would mean to never think about them, or feel anything such as fear, anger or hate. This and a healthy mind and body are the only shields you will likely ever need.
