Are you looking for a spell to heal yourself via water? Dear, all you need to do is take a bath or shower depending on you. Feel the water on your skin. Now close your eyes and feel the energy in the water. Focus on what you wish to heal and use the energy in the water to heal that spot. (This will not actually heal you but it will make you feel better)

Depends on what you want to heal! No spell will cure cancer,for instance; but minor ailments can often be healed. Even minor injuries can be helped to heal more quickly.
