Not possible in terms of control or even what you desire, in other words those things only happen in cartoons, but we can work in harmony with them (elements) that is how magickal practitioners work. We use them for healing, understanding and so much other powerful working.

Controlling is the wrong word. You can work closely with the elements but not control.
