Can someone tell me some ways to astral project?

You can google it. A lot of astral projecting website's will come up. Oh and there is a guideline on how to in the Spells Section.

Get totally relaxed without falling asleep, relax each part of ur body in turn, then focus on ur breathing to get into a meditative state. You can then visualize your astral body climbing out from your third eye or top of head or you can mentally put yourself infront of your body or elsewhere. The info that helped me was- The astral projection video by Silver vixen on this site, astral projection for beginners by Edain McCoy and treatise on astral projection by Robert Bruce- which you can get as a free ebook fom occult underground. Good luck its a wonderfull experience
