Okay so my husband says he sees his in his dreams. He says his is a female wolf and he even knows her name and just how she looks and everything.

I was wondering...how does a person come across one? >_> His just happened by fate I guess? Is that how it generally happens?

Do you mean that? I had to google it so I'm sorry if that's not what you meant. It's not a bad song but he has never heard it before. Why do you ask?

Nope, I meant the book series; the first book is Game of Thrones. Maybe you know what I'm talking about, now. ;-)

There are several ways, dreams, meditation, divination, the animal seemingly nappearing everywhere. Some people just find their spirit guides, others have to search and work to find theirs

-Snickers- Actually...I've never watched Game of Throne either. When people make something super popular and won't stop talking about it I instantly don't want to watch/read it.

As already mentioned above, meditation and divination are some good ways of getting in touch with your spirit animal. Sometimes people will see then randomly and others may never see them in their life time, he was lucky c:

I feel you on that, on popular phenomena. It also happens to me... but the novels are so good. Really. If you like reading, you should give them a try.

Ok, to the point: in this series there is this kind of person who is called a warg or skinchanger and has the ability to create bonds with animals/get into them. All six children of a main protagonist, Eddard Stark, have a direwolf pet (the sigil of house Stark is a direwolf), and they have a special bond with them, and when they dream, sometimes they ARE the wolf.

Just my two cents. Fiction. But I found the coincidence was funny.

I'm ok with the friend invite. :-) Thanks.
