Possibly and Possibly not is a basic answer now here's a confusing part. The possibly is because the human would have to be chosen by a god to be their eye or something else from there they decide whether this human should be a god or not the possibly not is because a god hasn't had an eye in 1000s of years (Egyptian Speaking) However if we were to find contact with God's it would most likely take a powerful witch/wizard or a human a normal human. Now since that was Egyptian speaking I don't have any idea about others but I think you have to be born a god and know it or born a god and not know it until when it's pointed out and possibly everyone is a god its just they don't know it or don't know how to use it.

God is external and internal. Externally, God is a being that is turned to for comfort and a symbol of power and perfection. Internally, we are capable of manifesting our own realities; becoming the creators of our own paths.
This question is hard to answer conventionally as you can see. But if you want to become God in the external way, the general god archetype, no it is.not possible, in this lifetime anyways.

The simple answer is that you cannot become a God. You were born as a human and your DNA is human DNA. That cannot be changed by the use of magic, spells, or anything else.

Lark is right. Also may I add something? A god is a all-powerful deity. Also a spirit. You can't become a spirit so you can't become a god. If we were meant to be gods we would be born one.

This has come up before.

Youve been to koettings website.

His stuff is fantastic, especially if you path is evocation and you are familiar with rituals.

Koetting tends to have a bit of a flair for hyperbole though...and marketing...nothing wrong with that, his products are great...but take his "language" with a grain of salt.

Good luck!

There is one flaw in this conversation, what is a god? How do you define one. First of all let's assume a god is not physical, but spiritual. If we go by spirits are real and we assume everyone has one then anyone could be a god in human form because spiritual entities are not in a set form in the same way as the physical. If we don't start with these assumptions then the answer is simply no because of the physical nature of the universe. Google defines a god (non monotheistic definition) as a " superhuman being or spirit worshiped as having power over nature or human fortunes; a deity."

Now according to that you just need to be superhuman and have people worship you, but just practicing magic alone arguably meets most of the definition. I could go on about this but I can simply say that there is no specific answer to a non specific question.

It's all a matter of knowing. And it largely depends on that. Therefore it follows that becoming a god or the opposite, not becoming a god, is a function of knowledge- higher knowledge, a peculiar awareness, call it consciousness. This is what is the link to becoming a god and as well as the limit to becoming a god.

What you need to ask is, what is a god? A god is someone or something you place highest priority over your life. Believe me, it is not power that makes a god, it is influence. I can manipulate people and tell them that i was sent from the heavens, all i ask is you give me loyalty and worship. I was just a man, but i have become a god overall to those who believe. Just an example, i dont enjoy attention anyway. (Still just a teenager) but i know stuff.

Well in Egypt, Imhotep became a God after the Egyptians saw his skill at architecture and figured he was a human god. Reality though he was a man good at his job. More recently, the Catholic church has been known to have people become saints if they preform 'miracles'. [Bit more complicated though] You cannot get God like powers, you are human, but you could become one in the eyes of the people if you do great things, or start a cult/religion. [Cults are easier though lol]
