Example here:

Are any of these real/safe?

I used on once before and it was strange and gave me a few answers that freaked me out.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Honestly I think that the online ouija boards are mostly harmless, since the boards are coded/rigged by their creators to give certain responses to your question.

Originally, a Ouija board was just a game, for entertainment. Then some people started to believe that the board really could tell "fortunes".And that meant huge sales for the makers!
Do you really think that a board can actually tell fortunes? Such a belief can not only be frightening, it can drive you crazy.(And has done in the past!).

an online board is not something I would believe in. Any board can be programmed to say anything. I have played with boards when I was younger but I always made my own. If it is being used to channel spirits I believe by making your own, you are putting in your own energy and connections. I would be sure to shield from negativity though before you make one so the wrong energy is not able to filter through.

Interesting site, but an online Ouija Board is just a program. I would use it for a laugh or to kill time, but I wouldn't put much faith in its responses.

How and why a Ouija Board works [for believers ignoring the scientific answer] is you charge the board with your energy, then go into a meditative state and a spirit or higher being/self will use you as a mediator and using your energy and theirs move the planchette. I don't see how it would work on a computer beyond a random set of responses.

Spirit boards to often open doors that many cannot close and spirits are not always truthful. They can be very dangerious to use if one is begining in the craft beware I have one a spirit board that is ive had serious issues so I use evokation triangle or a Crystal ball. User beware the spirit board is no joke and very dangerious, a beginner shouldnt mess with one I havent used mine in three years due to having a issue. Note of caution here there are many types of spirits that desire crossing the veil. Do as you will harm none be careful not to hurt the self. May the gods bless you.

Regardless with an Ouija board or any divination tool the ability comes from you and online Ouija boards are most likely programmed from a set list of responses. I don't even need to look at the source code to see that.

I wouldn't ever use any type of online ouija, divination, tarot, ect. Just simply because it is a online one. They give false results.

I agree with them all, an online board is programmed to reply in certain ways. But also be careful with a real board. I've owned 2 and I can tell you that they can consume your thoughts. It becomes at some point am addition. I've never had a board not work for me, or be rude or scary even. But that's because is say a prayer of protection allowing good in and keeping evil out. But even with that the board hated my husband! It would call him bad words and would go in circles if he was around. It shouldn't be sold as a toy, and it needs to be used under supervision if you know what you're doing.
