Lilies have a lot of water content so infusing into oil it might go moldy, see jar daily discard if it gets moldy. You could infuse oil on stovetop using not too high heat no lid so moisture can escape.
Afterwards strain oil and add to jar. Dried lily flower could be added to a dry mix as in other dry herbs.Lily salt perhaps might be an idea.

Sounds interesting. I grow and dry many herbs. I also use pure essential oils. Never dried a lily flower.
