Book on Chakras

I've had a book for a while now, it is about the Chakras and it has been very helpful on my part. It is called Wheels of Life by Anodea Judith. Though I haven't finished it, it is very resourceful and has great opening meditations for each new Chakra. I recommend it greatly.

Can you please tell me the Chakra meditations written in the book,catphoenix?

I love her books. I learned a lot about Chakras from her.

The opening meditations are very long very descriptive type guided meditations that would take a while to get down. I recommend finding the book or maybe looking them up somewhere? And does anybody know if she has any other books? If so what are they and what topics are they on?
