What you want sounds more like psychokinesis to me,I know that psychokinesis is possible,if only to make objects fall from shelves,I guess just focus hard on that person and feel your energy pushing them, you'll probably get better information if you do research,I would type something like "psychokinesis" or "how to develop psychokinesis"into a search engine and see what you can find.

Physically push? There is no such spell!
You could, of course, write it yourself; but I doubt very much it would work.
A spell is merely a ritual wish. You perform the ritual, and make the wish.
If you have ever blown out the candles on a birthday cake, and then made a wish, you have, believe it or not, cast a very simple spell!

I've heard things that you could make a PSI ball, and then launch it at someone and they should be able to feel the energy going into/through them, But It's not really a push. Also if you think of a word or image inside the ball before you throw it , then launch it at someone they should be able to figure out a general Idea of what the word / image in the PSI ball was. I have yet to try it though.

I'm sorry, but the reason that people keep telling you that you cannot physically push someone using magic is because that is true. Magic may create energy that will cause someone to not approach you or to move away from you because they sense a repelling energy. But it will not work in such a manner that they feel a push as though you had put your hands on them and shoved them. That's just not how magic works.
