To ease the pain? Tea of ginger and willow bark.

For the cut to heal, apply a poultice of 1 parts comfrey to 1 parts plantain and seal with a bandage for a day or two. Or you could apply a salve of comfrey and/or plantain when it stops bleeding.

As was suggested, use witch-hazel. It is a dis-infectant like hydrogen peroxide when prepared as a tincture or oil.

Since you cut yourself into metal you need:
1.tea tree oil( antibacterial, antifungal, and antiseptic )
2.calendula(marigold) which will help with healing and soothe pain or aloe vera.
These two are everything you need for a quick heal.Your tissue layers are now quite sensitive so I do not recommend mixing many plant extracts,I'm in Med school so I am talking from experience with patients.
