Hello & welcome to you both! I think it's important to study as much as you can, there are plenty of free e-books out there, also the internet Book of shadows would be a good place for references, Google things as well just be carful with the internet & make sure you use common sense. There are plenty of books to read, normally quite reasonable, maybe check the shop above, eBay, esty & amazon also you may get a good deal. A site I go to to buy my supplies is Pagan magick (UK) just Google it, it's fantastic! & delivers world wide. Take causation when looking up spells here as there's a high percentage that's fluffy spells, ie: anything related to vampires, werewolves, mermaids, flying etc please take with a pinch of salt at you can't transform or fly. If it sounds to goo to be true then it's a high chance it might be. Have a good look at all the coven bio's to where would be a good place for you to join, depending onyou traditions. I'd advise looking at a smaller coven rather than a larger one. Good luck on your path.

Basics Extended in the forums is a good place to start. The beginning of learning magick and how it works, why it works, and how to make it work for you; these are the important things before casting any spell. Keep that in mind and you will do fine. Blessed Be...
