Hello I have been practicing for four months now and each night I stay up till about 4-5a.m. Studying but I sleep in till 2p.m. But I have not been the same energy wise. I do not and will never drink caffeine from coffee.also spiritually I am pooped!!! Underlined. Thank you.

Yeah this happens with me too when i stay up till late night. Dont worry, this aint any spiritual problem. You are feeling low on energy because of staying up till early in the morning and then sleeping till afternoon. This is common with everyone when the body suddenly undergoes a drastic change in the timtable.

My suggestion is that have a good sound sleep at night, wake up early in the morning and then study till the afternoon. This always helps me and is the ideal timetable.

i think you need a good night sleep also, but it could also be what you eat, could be a vitamin deficiency, i'd check with your doctor before downing vitamins though. you could also try meditating for a bit, charge with energy. meditating is different for everyone. personally i meditate in the morning because i feel energized, but i have a friend who does it at night because it helps him sleep soundly. see which works best for you though.

No I eat fine I do get dehydrated easily thanks though.
