Succubus es hate being called to i one as myself find it quite annoying. most if powerful enough can repel the calls though you call the right one and she will come to you.

Summoning this creatures are always asked in the forum,chatter,mail.And I'm having a hypothesis,why?Maybe you're just looking for trouble.Summoning such dangerous creatures without any wisdom may lead to a big trouble.
And you're asking why you can't.The reasons may be.
1.You're did not perform the basics
2.The method you're doing is fake
3.You're just not prepared at all
It seems to be debatable as to the actual existence of succubi (females) and their incubi (males) counterpart. So you could get mixed replies to whether you can actually summon one or not.
They tend to attract their selves to people of their opposite gender. So that could be an issue. But with you I wouldn't think so. However, there is debate as to the matter of sexual orientation versus actual gender: does the gender preference in attraction play a role in who they they will go to over what the person's gender is? (Just wanted to throw that out there)
Whether you did some thing wrong in the summoning or not, some things just may take time. They won't appear to you in any physical form or one you see in the physical world. Odds are they will appear in dreams or in the astral. Personally, I think dreams are more likely, but the odds could be equal from one to the other.
And being their nature, maybe one didn't come to you since you weren't in that type of mood, given their nature. (I'll leave it at that so as not to go in too much detail on this aspect).
well, with most spells with demons it takes dedication most of the time, just repeat the spell over and over again until you get what you desire. demons or fallen angels desire attention and dedication, I did summon a succubus once, it took at least 3 to 4 times just to summon one, you have to be sure that your heart really wants this, if you are just doing the spell for fun or your not to serious or sure about it then it won't work. Just repeat the spell, your intent and will and energy that will help as well.
