I went to bed last night and some shadowed figures were talking in a backwards language they were discussing something and then I woke up and I keep on seeing glimpses of shadows that don't belong and the feeling someones watch me what does it mean

I heard once from a pagan woman that the shadows are the negative energy in yourself being manifested into a figure. It isn't necessarily another being. She said it could also be the negative energy of nearby people.
