psychic enhancement

hey ive been using a few crystals lately to help me improve my psychic abilites.
ive been using malachite, tiger eye and purple amethyst (i have tried other crystals but found these worked the best) as well as clear quartz for amplifying the power of the other crystals. trouble is, i cant seem to focus on any one thing. i use them during meditation and im completly relaxed and then its like a slideshow in my head. fast moving images.one or two things pop out like my friends name, a date, a red car and a man but other images go by so far and i start to get dioriented.

my question is, is there any crystals or talismans or anything that can help me focus on the visions more? is that even possible? im just starting to explore this side of magic. ive been doing other magic (spells, rituals etc) for so long that i wanted to branch off and do other sides of magic like tarot cards, runes and psychic work etc so any help on this subject would be well recieved. thank you in advance.
