Can I use my language in casting spells?
Do I have to speak it loudly or can I just whisper it.
Can I cast spell just in my mind?

Some say the spell is stronger if you say it out loud but I don't really know if that's correct or not.
I do know that you can cast spells with only saying it in your mind, but I don't know if you have to be very familiar with the spell first 'cuz I've only tried it with the spell I knew well as I couldn't be caught casting spells on the street while I did need it...
Grtz and I hope it helps.

From what I've seen it's whatever feels best to you. If you feel more comfortable and natural whispering your spells then it may work better then yelling if when yelling you feel uncomfortable and awkward. I don't believe language really matters as much as some people claim it does. Technically the Elven language written by Tolkien is incomplete, but that is what I use whenever I choose to cast a spell of any kind.

it would depend on the spell/ruitual, say, if one is invoking deitys or spirits, one should probobly say it in there native dialect
