Love Spell Questions
By:
Hi,

I am new to all of this and need some advice. I have a love that I'm losing. I cast a love spell. I know I'm not supposed to think about the spell or him afterwards but seriously?? How? I have all the belief that magick works. I am new to it. But this sense I keep feeling in the pit of my stomach of losing my love or him possibly being with someone else. These are all worries that I try to chase away but I can't, my mind it riddled with them because I am hurting and I miss him. Now I guess my question is this... Is all of this worrying negating anything I have done with spell work? How do I ensure my spell doesn't get lost to the Universe?

Also with me being new to this as well I could use some pointers on clearing myself of these thoughts and letting my magick work.

Thanks!

How not to think of the work you have done? Therein lies an issue for followers of many practices. There really is not better answer than to not think about it.

I know it is a forefront issue to you right now, and from your multiple posts about the same general subject, I would almost suggest it is in the direction of a minor obsession. At the very least, I can tell you are experiencing some anxiety about the situation.

I think what is best is to consider addressing the anxiety. Your mind is busy generating thoughts about possible outcomes, and you are worried about whether these outcomes are true or not, and what outcome is best for you.

But you don't know. You have no way to know. You can either remind yourself of this to dismiss the thoughts, tell them to stop, direct your mind elsewhere, or any of so many other methods.

Yes: It takes practice. Your brain constantly generates random thoughts, and some of them are from your subconscious, in some ways similar to dreams, popping up with, "What about this?! What about that?!" or, "This is good, that is bad. This is best, that is worst."

Some methods include acknowledging the thought. Don't participate, but try looking at the thought as though it is an abstract object or concept.
Then dismiss the thought, or just let it go its own way.
Often this practice begins with types meditation.

There are many ways. You must find your own path, as what works for me may not work well for you.

Need of help when it comes to someone I'm falling for and I want it in return. How well can a spell work for me?

Power, no spell or magical working is guaranteed to work.

Your best bed, as spells are concerned, is not an actual love spell, but to sweeten the feelings of the other person towards you, using a honey jar.
