Green Tea for weight loss

So i have been thinking, green tea is considered a herb right? Well why not post a little tip here about it.
For those of you who don't know, green tea is a very effective anti-oxidant, therefore drinking it helps your body flush out toxins and extra useless waste from your system.
Drinking it helps with weight loss too! From my own experience, drink one cup with breakfast and one cup with dinner ( do not add sugar or milk, try some honey instead ) for best results!
Healthy eating along with exercise is essential too of course.

Just wanted to share my tip with everyone.
Blessed be!

It is usually never recommended to drink more than one or two cups of green tea per day, as it can inhibit the abosrbtion of vitamins, minerals and metals into the body, many of which are necessary for a healthy life.

Green tea is also made from the same plant as black tea, white tea and regular tea, each variety is simply treated and processed differently.

If you want to be even healthier, then white tea is the best, as it is treated less and contains more of the good stuff, but all green/white/black tea should be avoided by pregnant women unless they have spoken to their doctor and should not be used as a relacement for drinking water, eating healthily and getting lots of excersise.
