Wiccans aren't superheroes. There's no such thing as "wiccan powers" beyond those developed through study, work and wisdom. The wind blowing was probably just a coincidence and "ice powers" ala Frozen style will also never work. There's no secret spell. Learning magic is about practice and understanding. For example, if someone put you on a football field when you didn't understand the rules or the aim of the game, would you conclude from that that you couldn't play football? Probably not. You just lack the skills right now but skills can be learnt. Divination or fortune telling takes time to learn. There are various different methods and some will work for you and some won't. Slow down, take your time and apply yourself.

There are no " Wiccan powers ". Wicca is a religion with specific beliefs and practices. One does not become Wiccan by casting a spell. One becomes Wiccan by deciding that you share the spiritual beliefs of Wicca and then do the necessary study and practice to make those beliefs an integral part of your life. You might want to read the article on "What Wicca Is and Isn't" at http://www.spellsofmagic.com/read_post.html?post=637268 to better understand what Wicca is all about.

You do not have " an Element ". the idea that you have an Element isn't correct. It's something that Hollywood dreamed up in the movie, The Craft, and someone people latched onto it and it won't go away.

We are not one Element, we are composed of all of the Elements. What we truly want to do is learn to work with all of them in balance. It is true that you may find that one or two of the Elements are initially easier to work with. That isn't because they are "your Elements" but because you need to spend more time and effort learning to work with the others that are more difficult for you.

Nor is it true that "your Element" is the Element of the Sign of the Zodiac in which you were born. Anyone who does astrology can tell you that your birth sign is only a portion of what influences your life. Which Houses the other planets fall in also has great influence. Take myself for instance, I was born in Taurus, which is an Earth sign. But I also have planets that fall under Water, Air, and a lot in Fire. So again...I am NOT one Element only.

Which Elements you work with also depends in part on which forms of magic you practice. The classic Elements in Western magic are Earth, Air, Wind, and Fire. Some also add the Element of Spirit to that. In Chinese astrology and magic the Elements are Metal, Water, Wood, Fire and Earth. That's why it is important to understand what you want to work with and in which system you are working because it changes the perceptions regarding the Elements.

Nor can you control the Elements such as creating storms or making the wind blow. If you did a spell to do that and something happened it was not your magic, it was coincidence. As for "I ce Powers " that is simply Hollywood stuff and does not exist in real magic.

if you're serious about learning how to do magic and with starting from the rock-bottom then you don't start out by casting spells, you start out by learning how and why magic works.

You see, there is no such thing as an "easy" spell or a "beginner" spell. One either understands how magic works and has mastered the basics...in which case the magic will work..or you haven't done that sort of work..and no spell will work no matter how "easy" it seems.

Casting a successful spell involves much more than finding some spell on the internet or in a book, saying some words, lighting a candle, waving a wand of any of that sort of thing. In order for magic to work you need to understand how and why it works in the first place. Grounding and centering, visualization, focus and intent, energy manipulation, etc are all necessary first steps to even begin to have a chance at a spell actually working...and more importantly to prevent a spell from back-firing on you.

So, my advice for anyone who is truly serious is to start by reading a few books and practicing the exercises those books will give you. Once you have mastered the basics you won't need anyone to give you spells, you'll be able to create your own spells that will be far more effective than anything you find on the net. Here's the books I suggest:

"Before You Cast a Spell" by Carl McColman

"Spells and How They Work" by Janet and Stewart Farrar

"The Veil's Edge" by Willow Polson

"Modern Magick" by Donald Michael Kraig
