Best Books for beginners?

I have been practicing for a while now and I have yet to find an actual true path for myself

Can anyone recommend any good books with lots of details and a few descriptions of the books?

Please and thank you!

What sorts of books in specific are you looking for? Books on Wicca or some other Pagan path? Books on spellcraft? Books on herbalism? Books on ceremonial magic? You'll get better resources if you'd tell us exactly what you are interested in.

Yes, it helps a lot. Here's a few that I would suggest on spellcraft.

"Spells and How They Work" by Janet and Stewart Farrar

"The Veil's Edge" by Willow Polson

"Modern Magick" by Donald Michael Kraig

There is also "A Witch's Bible" by Janet and Stewart Farrar. An excellent introduction to Wicca. (Alexandrian.)
