Food for thought

You become what you take in? How might this pertain to spirituality? What do I mean exactly?

I just simply believe a person becomes a part of their environment and they also become what they think. As far as energy goes we all feel it. You read my words , and you're reading, and you're reading. You're taking in what you are reading. Now you've read.

Some of you might be reading only this part, skipping the body, wanting to cut straight to the point. The point is that try reading some of your favorite material on your faith, sing some songs of your faith, play music, express what you feel about your faith. Your faith is what you believe. You practice what you do, you do what you practice, little by little everyday and you'll notice how things naturally evolve: you're walk in your path.

Seriously though, I have this idea that we naturally absorb what we read, and we live off of it, fueling as spiritual nourishment. When I say read, that could be where you put your mind when you observe and 'read' something. Food for thought.

By the way, does anybody know of any songs that may exemplify this very notion, or that may pertain to it at the very least?
