its not a spell but a technique. visualize a happy place, take deep breaths, or count in your head. it works for some people.

If everyone makes you frustrated easy ,then you need to look for the reason inwards not outwards. You can not change other people much ,but you can change yourself and the way you look to this situations.People have as much power on your emotions as you gave them ,nothing more and nothing less.

i don't know of a spell to stop people from frustrating you, but i have heard of some stress relieve spells, teas, and aromatherapy you could try. you could also shield to keep negative energy away, and should probably look into different stress relieve remedies. peppermint and lavender are two amazing ones people use to soothe and de-stress. you can add some leaves to your tea, or buy some essential oil and place a few drops in your bath water. soak and breathe deeply, this should calm you. [and possibly put you to sleep so get out if you feel tired]

The above are all great ideas, but I also recommend just cutting draining and negative people from your life. Sometimes it's just not worth it.

I know it's not always that easy, and you can't do it with everyone - sometimes people just hit a rough patch - but sometimes people are just like that.
