Magick is not like you see in hollywood, nor is it like "Raising your dragon".Magick is of spiritual working.
Dragons are spiritual, not like the fire breathing one that will appear before you.You can however invoke it in the aid of spell casting. But that is far apart than what you are asking. So,no you cannot call a dragon and raise it,as it does not exist in physical form.
Perhaps,if you have doubts and are a beginner, then i suggest visit the FAQs and newbie central and start practising the basics.
Learn and research about magick, you will come to know that there is lot more in magick than raising dragons, etc(which is not possible).
I hope you got my point.

You won't be able to find a dragons egg, but there is a spell on here which will allow you to create and raise your personal dragon.
