Astral Projection Help

Hello, After a few years of studyingmagic and learning energy and chakras I think it is finally time to learn Astral Projection. Can anyone guide me through it so that I can easily learn it. I am a fast learner.

Yes but I am the type of person who needs someone to guide me through it... So yes I have tried google but its not helping.

Youtube has some free resources for guided astral projection meditations. But I'd also recommend checking out your local library to get some book research too.
