ive been practicing for 2-3 years (2011) I've always been interacted and involved in magic. as a kid like 5 I would draw pentagrams with chalk and make my friends step in them and say things to protect use for and evle I though lived in our sub that broke up family later turns out our family's were the only ones in the sub not to get divorced.

Hello & welcome to SOM, always knew about Magick/Wicca/paganism from day one as my father is Pagan/witch. I found Wicca on my own, my interested started about 15 years ago.

I recently got out of a abusive christian religion and am exploring other options.

aidensgramnever heard anyone describe it like that, sounds like you've had a hard time of it! I know some churches can be extremely controlling. I think it's disgusting & they also can take a lot of money from venerable people, it's bad! Just glad you've got out & your here, nice to meet you! :)
