reverse a curse?

I have a feeling that a woman I have known all my life has put a spell on me. its a long story so I'll just say I have good reason to believe that she may have put a spell on me and others close to her daughters. I know for a fact that she hasn't always used magic for good. I believe she is getting her karma now for that but I want to protect myself from the spell she's cast. do you know of a binding spell or some kind of ritual or remedey to reverse what she's done?
