Can you connect dreams ?

I'm not talking about astral projection. I was wondering if there was a way that I could go into someone's dreams or they could come into mine. Is that possible or is astral projection the only way?

Your dreams happen in your mind, I don't think there's a way to enter anothers thoughts,like mindreading.

that sound pretty imposible to me. sorry dont think so.
