Can you control the weather ? i mean can you change it?

No, for for example you can slightly influence it, but nothing serious.
example: if there is a rain
you can make it.. "less" raining
but.. i doubt it, at least so i heard from people around here.

Wel you can at least influence it yes. It's a practice that's been going on for many years across just about all cultures, in particular rain spells are practiced particularly frequently. Diego the diversity of practitioners that effect the weather there are actually numerous ways of doing so and you can pick any one you want. Just realise that weather magic is not instant, don't expect to cast a rain spell an instantly get a monsoon, just as you shouldn't expect to be able to make it sunny whenever you want to go outside. They're fairly unpredictable in timings and intensities due to the inherent complexity of the weather. So it depends what you want to use it for but ultimately yes it is possible to effect (but not control) the weather.

I have been able to "control" the weather before.

For example:

• if I kindly ask for it to rain then 99% of the time I ask it rains sometime that day.
• if it is raining and I need to go outside but don't want to get wet I ask it to stop raining for a minute or two.
• if it is too hot I ask it to cool down and vicea versa

So yes, you can "control" the weather but I wouldn't overdo it because it's not good to mess to much with the natural cycles of mother nature.

RainCaller you cannot control the elements. Control the weather? No. But you can ask the deities to send rain. Or weather however controling it, negative.

That's why I put "Controlling" in apotrophes. In a sense you are "Controlling" the weather because you are willing the weather to "act" a certain way.

However I can see your point of view.

I always offer some mead to Thor and use the runes Thurisaz and Haglaz in some sort of spell to ask the gods for rain.

controlling whether is much more difficult than just influencing it .i dnt want to hurt anyone's view point but to control whether u need high witchpower that is energy .it is nt so simple it needs regular and continuous practice .after having enough experience u will be able to control it i knw a lady who can control whether all her chakra's r open and she has lots and lots of experience.but its nt good to interfere in nature's job.we can influence it for our purpose k
