Here is a website that I recently began reading. It may help you get the basic understanding.

Fox-moon.com is another good site, but it's on the fritz right now, i can log in on certain computers and certain search engines, but others i cannot. a good thing to start with in my opinion is [i'm assuming you already know about dragons, including types and mythos by region] learn the elemental dragons, try to 'master' each element, so you can work more harmoniously. from there, you should work on astral projection or guided meditation, to go and see dragons. but that's my path anyway, some people might think astral projection is more important.

@ Hemprhopkins dragon magick is simply practicing with dragons. to go into more depth though, as a practitioner, you need to look deep within yourself, embrace the elemental dragons, and everything about yourself, good and bad, so you may work to protect and care for them. train beside them, to gain their wisdom and might. it's rather powerful magic, but you aren't suppose to lord over dragons, nor live in fear of them. we are equals, the term is 'dancing with dragons' meaning you must work in harmony with them. [also, the only book i've found so far is by D.J. Conway, i'd avoid her unless desperate] dragon magick is rather solitary and is passed down verbally, which is what makes it hard to research. dragon's are in the astral, and that's where most ceremonies would take place.
