Spirit Guides?
By:
Last night I had a dream that I was in the woods and a beautiful red fox with a tail that was like any other tail I have ever seen. It kind of looked like a tail you would see on a maltese dog and it was white. The fox was trying to nab a robin but the robin wouldnt fly away so I was protecting the bird. Can anyone help tell me about this dream? What it means? If it was one or some animal spirit guides? I am wiccan if that makes a difference.

It doesn't seem like an animal guide experience, unless of course, robins are your favorite animal. Otherwise it seems like just a dream, perhaps emphasizing your animal loving qualities.

my interpretation:you feel that either your freedom or spirituality is in danger and there is a need to protect it.

i find in dream analysis, its better for the dreamer to put it all together. so heres the symbolism:

fox:cunning,craftiness

red:vitality, energy, anger, rage.

birds:freedom, soul, divine messengers,

white:purity,cleanliness, death(in eastern regions)

fight: feeling the need to defend something

I'd have to agree with White on this one. Animal guides are spirit like creatures that pose some relevance to life lessons, they are guides, they are not totems. Animal guides don't normally from what I've known, stick to specific symbolic values as they are beings all on their own...like people.

This sounds more like a dream suggesting a particular fear or anxiety towards the weak and defenseless being taken advantage of. I might go so far as to suggest you contemplate where you stand in the world, you might have some confusion as to who you are because nature can be brutal and it's not always wise to disrupt that.
