Their are power words in every culture, but no language has more magick in it than another. Why don't you research the power of words used in magick, and what various cultures consider words of power? Look at the word Om for example. One of the most powerful sounds, and so simple, yet so deeply meaningful.

Consider your words, not the language. Consider the sounds of the words you choose and the way the words flow together. The power is in the sounds and meanings, not the language in which it is spoken.

It's not the language that's important, its the intent behind the words. You can say random gibberish, but if it makes you focus on the spell it helps. There is no "stronger" language, or rather, the "strongest" language is the one that helps you concentrate on the spell the most.

Blood is kind of right. Its not really the language, its the intent, will, energy and so on that you put behind them. There are many practitioners that I have known that no longer utter a single word.
