any help on telepathy?

My best friend, and ex,(yes i know, bad combo...) are in an arguement type delio. He has shut me out completly.... I am tring to contact him via telepathy, through dreams, or directly. I know a few things, like atempting a trance, and trying to send him particular dreams. I was hopeing anyone with experience in the subject could help out? I have a short and simple messege to send, along with plenty of emotions to back it up. I just need to get it to him. He lives about 5-10 miles away, and also does not want to hear from me right now, wich seems to be a bit of a block. advice? ideas? techniques?

Telepathy can be easy to do. But if the person is too far away to be able to recieve a signal or in your case a thought(message). If you don't know how to use telepathy a whole lot. It is best to practice with another friend or family member or with spiritrs in my personal experience. I can do telepathy very well. But i have never done it much with people. I mean i can hear other peoples thoughts etc but i have never tried to send something to them. If i have i don't regonize it.

The best way i practice is meditation and relaxtion first. Always calm your mind and relax your body, to be able to be focus when practicing. You could even practice with your animal or pet that you might have around. See if you can send him at thought or hear their thoughts. It takes a while to learn but with practice you see improvements.
