It's hard to control and manipulate my energy because my head is constantly full of dizziness. Can anyone help with the spell or technique to clear my head?

Are you dizzy all the time or just when you are doing energy related stuff?

I don't think he means a physical symptom. Are you perhaps looking for the word scattered?

This is why so many (including myself) really push people to learn meditation, and then practice it on a daily basis. You also need to ground. It sounds to me that you're not grounded at all.

So grounding and meditation?
And yes, this is a 24 hour daily thing. It started around the time I became a witch, which was a few weeks ago. And it oly seems to be getting worse and worse, and for the past few nights, I feel like I'm going to pass out.

If you are physically feeling dizzy for that long than you should go see a doctor right away. Magick is not going to cause you be be dizzy 24/7. If you come out of a trance too quickly, it can cause dizziness momentarily, but that's about it.

The most common cause of dizziness is a lack of certain vitamins and minerals in your diet and is usually a symptom of migraines (which are not always accompanied by pain). But if you are eating a healthy diet full of vegetables and fruits, then it could be something very serious and I suggest you seek medical attention
