Yes, you can. But I would like you to keep a couple things in mind. Make sure the spell you are trying to perform is legitimate. Make sure you understand energy flow and how to cast properly. And not every spell has immediate effects, it can in fact take a while.

Personally to me i would not cast two spells at once, because to me it would feel unbalanced energy. I don't really it is a good idea to cast two spells at once, but its just my opinion. Only do this if you the spells do work and are not some spells that are made up, or are fluff spells.

Make sure you know your basics of magick, espically being aware of your energy, Energy is what causes a spell to work. It takes a lot and it sometimes takes a while to happen depending on the experince of that caster.

Your basics should always be handy, meditation, visualization and grounding/centering should be practiced daily if you have the time in your schedule.

Spells take time to manifest usually. I will wait for signs of movement in groups of threes: three days to notice any movement, three weeks to start seeing results, and three months to have something come completely into fruition or not. But again, it depends on the type of spellwork.

The biggest obstacle to manifesting spells is over-thinking them. Many people who want to redo spellwork fall into that trap of over-thinking and obsessing about results. You have to trust in the Universe and trust in the work you have already done. Perhaps this isn't the case with you; i'm just putting it out there.
