So, I'm new to spellcasting and all of that. (New Wiccan...) I've tried a few different spells before, but they never seem to work. Am I starting out with too difficult of spells?
If you look around you'll spot the mantra you have to learn the basics first (meditation, visualization, centering, grounding, chakras). Another key phrase to remember is if it sounds too good to be true it probably is so in other words avoid shapeshifting spells, spells to make something out of nothing, flying, etc...
Actually, you dont really need to follow the basics, if you're new to magic, you'll need patience, practise, will, belief into magic, and confidence.
Some spells work for me, but I mostly work on meditation, not so much on the others, but trying too complete a spell doesnt work the first time. Think of it as a test, first you must practice, then when you feel like its working you're getting it right. After doing so for a few days or more, you'll eventually complete it. If its too hard, simply suggest another spell that you'd feel comfortable doing, but isnt too easy.

learning the basics will just make your spell casting eaasier... But for your spells to work you ll have to be patient never give up and believe in your powers... If you have a strong will your spells gonna work... Try to learn as much as you can on how you ll control your energy... And then practise... If you cast a lot of spells your magical power is going to raise
