I was told that copper is good to wear on the areas of pain. Also crystals.

if you are to use crystals, i would use jade or quartz (clear quartz). also, i think the copper thing might have to do with the chemical compound seeping into the skin, so i say its worth a shot. anyways, your standard energy manipulator can get rid of that pain.

There are many remedies for arthritis, using lots of different methods of healing! Healing with energy, healing with herbs.. I prefer to go for the latter. Try to stay away from nightshades such as tomato, potato, pepper, etc.

Personally, if you are using crystals, I would use clear quartz.

Take a 'Cod Liver Oil' capsule every day to loosen up them joints! It really helps.

A simple Google search can provide you with lots of info. If you are interested in healing via energy, message me. :)

Yeah im using elmore oil, which is just eucalyptus oil and Tea Tree oil. It does loose up the joints but the pain doesn't fully go away. Ive got ankylosing spondylitis. which is a type of arthritis attacks the whole spin. Im open to all suggestions and I appreciate the help. :) Thanks Fallenstarz!
