Using Spells

One of my biggest pet-peives is when there are a bunch of people begging for love spells, or spells to teleport or manipulate time and such. Magick is not a game, dont let it rule your life, per-say, but take it seriously. Mind you, its perfectly fine to find spells off the internet, especially if its a good one or your new to Magick. But after some research, you should be ready to start creating your own spells, which are personaized to your needs, or wants. Also, be careful of what websites you get your spells from, there are strange people, some estrtanged, some bored, who put up junk like that just for kicks.

Ive only been studying The Craft for a few months. I dont know everything, I dont know that much about other religions, but at least have some knowlege in the back of your mind before you decide to do some Spooky-Eye-Color-Changing-Spell-To-piss-Off-Mom and go blind.

Oh,be very careful! Some spells are very powerful indeed! Toward the end of WW2 there must have been some sort of "communication" between witches in the UK. After the Allies invaded Normandy I asked my witch teacher if she thought we would win the war, she said, "Nobody wins a war. Everybody suffers from it." She then told me that many witches in the UK were casting a special spell against Adolf Hitler. This was in the spring of 1945. I asked her what the spell was. She said, "The spell will cause him to die by his own hand."
Did the spell work? Hitler shot himself.

I feel I must clarify the above post. At the time I was only 11 years old,and at that time was unaware that the lady who eventually became my teacher was a witch; I just thought her a very wise lady. When she told me about the "special spell", she was careful not to include herself as one of the spell casters. It was a few years later when she revealed to me that she was, indeed, a witch.
