Basic Meditation

Meditation is always important when it comes to magic-related activities and spiritual activities such as Astral Projection.

The most basic technique of meditation is Yoga Breathing.

1. Sit down cross your legs and straighten your back and close your eyes, and relax every single muscle in your body. Your tongue, face, shoulders, arms. And clamp your hands infront of you. (A little tip into straightening your back is putting a pillow under your bottom)

2. And now the yoga breathing, which is fully concentrating on your breathe and forgetting everything else, if thoughts continuously pop up;
Then count to 4 everytime you exhale and inhale, that will greatly focus your attention on the breathing.

Doing this basic meditation helps build up your cosmic energy, also note that astral projection comes from meditation so if you're practicing AP, then this is a great place to start.
